Article Structure & Formatting Guidelines
Manuscripts should be prepared in the following order and formatted according to the journal requirements.

Important: Figures and tables must be embedded within the manuscript text near their first citation (e.g., Fig. 1, Table 1). Do not upload them as separate files.
Quick Specifications
Title Page: Times New Roman 14 (Bold)
Abstract: Single paragraph, 250–300 words (TNR 10)
Keywords: 5–7 (MeSH/PubMed; alphabetical)
Paragraph indent: First line 0.5 cm
Heading numbering: Required for all sections/subsections
Figures: ~ 180 dpi, caption under figure
References: Max 35, DOI required
TITLE PAGE
  • Type of Manuscript: Write at the top (e.g., Original Article).
  • Title: Concise, informative; avoid abbreviations/formulas where possible. (TNR 14 Bold)
  • Running title: No more than 50 characters.
  • Authors & affiliations: Full names (not capitalized), full addresses, corresponding author + email.
HIGHLIGHTS
  • Write 3–5 short sentences covering novelty and key results/methods.
  • ~ 80 characters or fewer per highlight (including spaces).
ABSTRACT & KEYWORDS
  • Abstract: single paragraph; purpose, main results, conclusions; 250–300 words.
  • Keywords: 5–7 MeSH/PubMed terms; sort alphabetically.
TABLES & FIGURES (IN-TEXT)
  • Insert tables/figures within the text near first citation (Table 1, Fig. 1).
  • Figures: high quality; axis labels bold; units in parentheses; legend below figure; ~180 dpi.
  • Tables: Arabic numerals; concise caption; cite upon first appearance.
REFERENCES (DOI REQUIRED)
Mandatory: Maximum 35 references. All references must include DOI. Any reference without DOI will not be accepted.
  • Hanging indent: 0.5 cm for reference list entries.
  • At least 80% of references must be valid sources and include DOI (or PubMed IDs if applicable).
  • Do not cite your previous articles for more than 5 references.
